Dorothy Nell Faircloth Anglin, age 84, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Monday afternoon, April 21, 2014 in Columbia, AL. Funeral services for Mrs. Anglin will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Assembly of God Church with Rev. Tony Kent officiating. Interment will follow in Salem-Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery with Ed Whigham, Kevin Smith, Eric Anglin, Brandon Anglin, Randy Bozeman, and Raymond Turner serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, April 25, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Anglin was born in Donalsonville, GA on October 4, 1929 to Jim Tom Faircloth and Bertha Lee Barber. She was a homemaker and spent her time taking care of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Mrs. Anglin was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Brinson, GA. She leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Tommy Anglin of Donalsonville, GA; a daughter, Ruby Nell Anglin of Donalsonville, GA; three sisters, Lottie Register of Eastpoint, FL, Joyce Oder of Tallahassee, FL; and Yvonne Lewis of Columbia, AL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Anglin was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Tom Faircloth and Bertha Lee Barber Faircloth; her husband, Harvey Anglin; a sister, Laura Merkison; and 3 brothers, Ralph Faircloth, Hubert Faircloth, and Irvin Faircloth.
