SUSIE M. MIDDLETON

Mrs. Susie Middleton, age 89, of Iron City, GA passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating. Interment will follow at Corinth Cemetery in Iron City, GA with Brad Trawick, Jeff Chandler, Jason Chandler, David Middleton, Garrett Middleton and Ethan Middleton serving as casketbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Middleton was born in Iron City, GA on February 17, 1925 to the late Jeff M. and Arrie Drake Miller. She was a member of Unity Church of God and a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Leonard Middleton of Iron City, GA; three daughters, Jan M. Chandler and her husband Buck of Goodhope, GA; Sue M. Trawick and her husband Delane of Donalsonville, GA; and Jeanie Boyette and her husband Jim of Kennesaw, GA. She is also survived by nine grandsons and one granddaughter and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff M. Miller and Arrie Drake Miller, her husband Bill Middleton, and one sister, Bessie M. Dawson.
