STEVEN WILFORD HODGE

We regret to announce the passing of Steven Wilford Hodge, age 58, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Friday, May 30, 2008 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 4:00 PM at 7936 Parkside Circle Donalsonville, GA 39845. The family wishes you to know that this is an informal service, please come as you are. Mr. Hodge was born in Greenville, SC on Feb. 15, 1950 to the late Clyde Wilford Hodge and Helen Lucile Conner Hodge. He was a master plumber by trade; however, his greatest accomplishments and enjoyment was touring as a musician with B.J. Thomas, Joe Diffie, George Strait, and other stars. Mr. Hodge leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Helen Craig of Greenville, SC; a sister, Teri Braswell of Donalsonville, GA; a step-sister, Lisa Hamby of Greenville, SC; a half brother, Jeff Hodge of Greenville, SC, a step-brother, Scott Hamby of Greenville, SC; a nephew, Stephen Braswell of Donalsonville, GA; two grandchildren, Brandon Barnett and Crystal Barnett; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Wilford Hodge and a daughter, Tracy Hodge. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Parkside Acres Inc.
