We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Judy Ann Odom Cook, age 66, of Donalsonville, GA. Mrs. Cook passed away Tuesday morning, October 22, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Cook will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Reynolds Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Donna Sue Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Seminole Shores Cemetery with Brian Odom, Jason Barlow, Todd Howard, Braxton Clements, Aaron Wimberly, and Bobby Glover serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Reynolds Chapel Church Choir. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Cook was born in Donalsonville, GA on August 1, 1947 to Woodrow Odom and Geraldine Sullivan Odom. Mrs. Cook was a self-employed cosmetologist and an active member of Reynolds Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Cook of Bainbridge, GA; a son, Robert Cook (Dana) of Tallassee, AL; her brother, Ellis Odom (Dianne) of Donalsonville, GA; three sisters, Ruby Alday (Gary) of Ashford, AL, Margaret Wimberly of Bainbridge, GA and Patricia Roberts of Cairo, GA; and her grandchildren, Tyler Cook and Chase Cook both of Columbus, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Odom and Geraldine Sullivan Odom; a sister, Sue Odom; and a brother, Gerald “Bear” Odom; brothers-in-law, Randy Wimberly and Benny Ray Roberts.
