We regret to announce the passing of H. R. (Mac) McNease, age 71, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away in Des Moines, Iowa on November 9, 2005. Funeral services for Mr. McNease be will be held Monday, November 14, 2005 at 1:00 PM at the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with the Rev. Billy Dawson and Rev. Stan Long officiating. Interment will follow in the Boykin Church of God cemetery in Boykin, GA. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2005 at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. McNease was born in Donalsonville, GA on December 31, 1933 to the late George and Beatrice Roberts McNease. He was a graduate of the Miller County Class of 1951, after graduating he enetered the US Army serving several years. He is survived by his wife Connie "Angel" McNease of Donalsonville, GA; two daughters Selethis Joy Scribner and her husband Ron of New Milford, CT; Brandi Tamar McNease of Donalsonville, GA; five step-children Gregory Schilb of Keller, TX; Douglas Schilb of Bainbridge, GA; John Schilb of New Albany, IN; Susan Horman of Salt Lake City, UT; Thomas Schilb of Tallahassee, FL; six brothers Willie McNease of Bodfish, CA; Felix McNease and Holley McNease both of Columbus, GA; Floyd McNease of Jakin, GA; Albert McNease of San Mateo, CA; Earl McNease of Huntington Beach, CA; two sister Alma Pirnie of West Springfield, MA and Elsie Thompson of Hephzibah, GA He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, George Leonard McNease and Glenn Allen McNease; and one sister Mary Elizabeth McNease. Pallbearers will be Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
