ROBERT "BOBBY" MARTIN CAWVEY, JR.

Mr. Robert (Bobby) Martin Cawvey, Jr., age 66, of Odum, GA passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Wayne Memorial in Jesup, GA Mr. Cawvey was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 9, 1947 to late Robert Martin Cawvey, Sr. and Ella V. Lemke. He was of the Pentecostal faith and was a life long resident of Wayne County and worked as a self-employed construction worker. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM with David Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow at Corinth Church Cemetery in Iron City, GA. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. Mr. Cawvey leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Marty Cawvey (Gina) and Mark Cawvey (Elaine Jones) Fiance’ both of Bainbridge, GA; a daughter, Michelle Glisson (Arnold Bailey, Jr.)of Bainbridge, GA; Aunt Elaine Jenkins of Pensacola, FL and Uncle David Norris of Jesup. GA. He was the grandson of Rev. M.B. Norris. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Nicole Lyons, and A.J. and Sam Glisson. He was preceded in death his parents, Robert Martin Cawvey, Sr. and Ella V. Lemke.
