We regret to announce the passing of Ms. Angie Welch Blair, age 64, of Donalsonville, GA and formerly of Wetumpka, AL. Ms. Blair passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 in Wetumpka, AL. Funeral services for Ms. Blair will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. William Martin Gray, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, August 16, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Ms. Blair was born in Wetumpka, AL on July 22, 1949 to the now late Denver H. and Tinia P. Williams Welch. She was a graduate of Wetumpka High School and worked as a title clerk for Dothan Chrysler in Dothan, AL. Ms. Blair was a loving mom and grandmother who enjoyed cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Blair leaves to cherish her memory, her loving companion of 13 years, Jerry Wayne Cunningham of Donalsonville, GA; one son, Maj. Paul Blair and his wife Myrnee of Hawaii; a daughter, Christine M. Gray and her husband Carlton of Wetumpka, AL; as well as seven grandchildren, Jordan Carol Blair, Parker Camille Blair, Paul Johnathon Blair, Jr., Avery Michelle Blair, Foster Thomas Blair, Caden Daniel Blair Gray, and Grace Ann Gray. Active pallbearers will be Michael Cunningham, Doug Cunningham, Caleb Cunningham, Jacob Cunningham, Colby Cunningham, and Steve Odom.
