We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Dora Horn Stewart, age 77, of Donalsonville who passed away Sunday, April 6, 2008 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Oakview Church of God with Rev. Milton Pate officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebrew Cemetery on the Hebrew road in Donalsonville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2008, from 6:00-8:00 PM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years James Otis Stewart in June 2007. She was a homemaker, a member of Oakview Church of God, Oakview Prime Timers, Sanctuary School School Class and Oakview Ladies' Ministeries. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Bill Stewart and wife Judy of Newnan, GA, Royce Stewart and wife Sheila of Donalsonville, two daughters, Shirley Easom and husband Troy of Donalsonville, Jackie Gough and husband Eddie of Panama City, FL; one sister, Margie Batchelor of Camilla,GA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and twins on the way. Her parents, Jack and Angie Barber Horn, her husband, James Otis Stewart; a son, Benny Stewart and his wife Faye; a daughter, Judy Rathel, a grandson, Ronnie Stewart; two sisters, Emma Jean Heard and Dorothy Dixie Norris preceded her in death.
