We regret to announce the passing of Fred Quinton Beasley, age 78, of Gordon, AL who passed away Monday, October 10, 2005 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 11:00 AM EST- 10:00 AM CST in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Bro. Owens and Bro. Whiddon officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gordon, AL. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2005 from 7:00-9:00 EST-6:00-8:00 CST at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. He served his country in the US Army; was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Gordon, AL. and a farmer. Mr. Beasley leaves to cherish his memory his wife Eula Jordan Beasley of Gordon, AL; two sons Wayne Beasley of Marianna, FL; Clint Beasley of Gordon, AL; three grandchildren Fred Wayne Beasley, Jr.;Scarlett Beasley and Savannah Beasley. He was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers Horace, J. C., Amos, Frank, Albert, Reynolds and Howard Beasley and one sister Alice Moore. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
