We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Johnny Lisenby, age 52, of Donalsonville, Ga. Mr. Lisenby passed away Thursday evening at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Lisenby will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Herman Enfinger and Rev. Fred Odom officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon, March 17, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Lisenby was born on April 30, 1960 to John Wesley and Mary Ellen Worthington Lisenby. He graduated from Seminole County High School and was a truck driver and mechanic with John Deere. He was a member of Springfield Baptist Church and he loved hunting, fishing, and farming. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Danna Lisenby of Donalsonville, GA; his mother, Mary Lisenby of Donalsonville, GA; a son, Nathan Lisenby(Miranda Patrick) of Donalsonville, GA; two daughters, Rachel Lisenby of Donalsonville, GA and Jamie Fortson and her husband Jason of Gaffney, SC; a brother, Brandy Middleton of Perry, GA; and a sister, Mary Ann Revells and her husband Danny of Donalsonville, GA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, MaKenna Lisenby of Donalsonville, GA and Amber and C.J. Fortson of Gaffney, SC. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wesley Lisenby. Active pallbearers will be Morgan Lisenby, Chris Lisenby, Jay Hawkins, Chris Moates, Leonard Varnum, and Dustin Bowen. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Bowen, Kenny Hill, Sam Revells, Charles Hill II, Thomas Hill, Will Middleton, and Keith Revells.
