Angie Armstrong Suggs

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Angie Armstrong Suggs, age 58, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 in the Miller County Nursing Home. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Suggs was born in Donalsonville, GA on April 24, 1954 to the late Bob and Barbara Armstrong. She graduated from Seminole County High School in 1972, where she was captain of the cheerleaders. She was a member of First Baptist Church; worked as a nurse at Albany Health Care. Loved to spend time with family and grandsons and write poetry. She also counseled those who needed help. She is survived by one son, Kevin and Kristin Suggs; brother, Robert Kenneth and Phyllis Armstrong; Mother and Father-in-law, James and Othelia Suggs; grandsons, Brantley Taylor Suggs, James Brandon Suggs, James Braylon Suggs and Austin Eli Suggs; nieces and nephews, Djuana Armstrong Rinehart, Traci Armstrong Evans, Klay Armstrong, Adam Armstrong and Jony Pickren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Barbara Armstrong and her husband James Rodney Suggs. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
