We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Donald Wayne Williams, age 73, of Atlanta, GA and formerly of Donalsonville, who passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in Atlanta, GA. Graveside services will be held Sunday, February 24, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Union Primitive Baptist Cemetery on the Enterprise Rd in Colquitt, GA with Rev. Luther Hastey officiating. Visitation will be held at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA from 1:30-2:30 PM on Sunday, February 24, 2008. Mr. Williams was born in Seminole County on January 29, 1936 to the late Fred and Irene Kelley Williams. He was a graduate of Seminole County High School and served in the United States Air Force for four years after which he moved to Atlanta, GA and lived until his death. He worked as an accountant until his retirement. He is survived by one Uncle, Carlton Kelley of Donalsonville, GA and one Aunt, Janett Kelley Lane of Iron City, GA. Several cousins in the Seminole and Miller County area also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Alma Williams; his grandparents; Lewis and Estelle Kelley and Tom and Nannie Williams. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
