RANDY PHILLIPS

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Randy Phillips, age 50, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away December 5, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Oakview Church of God with Rev. Johnny Taylor and Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Corinth Freewill Baptist Church cemetery in Iron City, GA. Mr. Phillips was born in Donalsonville, GA on January 24, 1962 to Maxine McMillian and the late James David Phillips. He attended Oakview Church of God and worked with 3R Thompson farms in Donalsonville, GA. He is survived by his mother Maxine McMillan (Bryan) of Donalsonville, GA; sons, Randy “Bubba”Phillips, Jr. of Albany, GA and James Phillips (Nichole) of Leesburg, GA; daughters, Marsha Phillips Robinson (Michael), Cassandra Phillips Robinson, Jennifer Phillips and Danielle Norris all of Albany, GA; brothers, Tony James Phillips, Terry Phillips, Rocky Phillips (Tammy); Latharo Phillips (Erica), Chad Phillips (Kristie) Brantley McMillan; Raymond “Bo” (Sally) McMillan all of Donalsonville, GA; Glenn McMillan (Debbie); Bryan Lee McMillan (Norma); both of Colquitt, GA and Bruce McMillan (Leigha) of Valdosta, GA; sisters, Georgia Jones (William) of Donalsonville, GA; Diane Clinton (Mark); Jeannie Hunt (David); Audrey Cox and Murry Ingram all of Colquitt, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James David Phillips; and his grandparents Jim and Braswell Martin Phillips, and Dewey Dorsett and Vallie Medley Beasley Casketbearers will be Doug Phillips, Shannon Phillips, Brad Thompson, Michael Thompson, Raymond Thompson and Rex Thompson.
