We regret to announce the passing of Clarence William "Bill" Howard, age 58, of Brinson, GA, who passed away Monday, August 15, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA. Funeral services for Mr. Howard will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA, with the Rev. Preston Wilson and Bobby Glover officiating. Interment will follow in Seminole Shores Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mr. Howard was born in Coles County, Illinois on Dec. 1, 1946 to the late Cecil and Verdine Bennett Howard. He was married to the former Linda Wilson. He had been a truck driver for well over 20 years. Mr. Howard was a member of Lake Seminole Baptist Church and a Vietnam veteran. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Howard leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Linda Diane Howard of Brinson, GA; two sons, Troy Howard and his wife Judith of Newton, AL and Todd Howard and his wife Leslie of Donalsonville, GA.; five precious grandchildren, Kimberly and Justin Howard of Newton, AL, Braxton Clements, Brock Dixon, and Bailey Dixon all of Donalsonville, GA. Active pallbearers will be Brian Odom, Robert Williams, Robert Paiano, BiJohn Anvar, Stacey Ward, Larry Moore, Eddie Alday, and Billy Whittaker. Honorary pallbearers will be Ellis Odom, Bill Martin, Tuddy Alday, Roy Howard, Stacey Simmons, Mark Herring, Paul Blizzard, and Jimmy Miller.
