We regret to announce the passing of Denver Faircloth, age 77, of Bainbridge, GA who passed away Sunday, August 7, 2005 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with Jimmy Dean and Rev. David Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Donalsonville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 9, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Evans-SkipperFuneral Home. Mr. Faircloth was born in Seminole County on March 19, 1928 to the late Joseph Derious and Adell Buckhalter Faircloth. He was an electrician and a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory Donna Long of Bainbridge, GA; two sons, Carlos Faircloth and Eugene Faircloth of Jacksonville, FL; three daughters Sylvia Fewox and her husband Ken of St. Augustine, FL, Glenda Faircloth and Wanda Ingle and her husband Bob of Jacksonville, FL; three sisters Grace Waldrup, Irene Matthews and Myrtle Eunice Newman all of Columbus, GA. Three grandchildren; Amy Austin, Kyle Fewox, and Kalup Fewox, and one great grandchild; Leighton Austin, also survive. Pallbearers will be Robert (Sarge) Hadley, James Williams, James Brogdon, Christopher Miller, Gene Kempton, Roger Hunter, and Jeffery Long. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
