We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Billy Gene Davis, age 53, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Thursday afternoon, Nov. 22, 2007 at the Donalsonville Hospital Emergency Room. Funeral services for Mr. Davis will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Young officiating. Interment to follow at Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City, GA. Visitation will be held on Monday evening, Nov. 26, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the chapel. Mr. Davis was born in Seminole County, GA on August 12, 1954 to the late Billy Henry Davis and Elaine Holley. He worked in shipping and receiving merchandise. He was a member of Iron City Baptist Church. Mr. Davis leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Ginger Davis of Donalsonville, GA; his step-mother, Brenda Davis of Donalsonville, GA; two step-sons, Shawn Williamson and his wife Mandy of Newton, GA and Dusten Williamson of Donalsonville, GA; a brother, Jonathan Davis of Donalsonville, GA; and two grandchildren, Morgan Williamson and Mason Williamson both of Newton, GA. Pallbearers will be Charles Scott, T. J. Jakucaowicz, Trent Hyatt, Lee. Conoly, Toby Cook and Ronald Williamson. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
