We regret to announce the passing of Juanita Wren Lane of Ocean Springs, MS formerly of Donalsonville who passed away Thursday evening, September 20, 2007 at Ocean Springs Hospital in Ocean Springs, MS. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 23, at 3:00 PM at Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Kirk Loyless officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 22 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. She was a bookkeeper and a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. Mrs. Lane leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Bill Lane of Atlanta, GA and Jack Lane and his wife Deborah of Ocean Springs, MS; six grandchildren, Justin Lane, Bo Lane, Jessica White, Carmen Woodruff, Gabe Lane, and Debwren Lane; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Weaver and Clara Cato Wren; her husband, Garland Lane; and a daughter, Carmen Lane. Pallbearers will be Jim Wren, Tommy Nalls, Justin Lane, William "Bo" Lane, Lee Lane, Jim Lane, Ted Newberry, and Bill Mills. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
