We regret to announce the passing of Marilyn Chase Tedder, age 74 of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Tuesday evening, October 4, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Bro. Hubert Smith and Dr. Johnny Roberts officiating. Interment to follow at Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs Tedder was born in Middleborough MA on January 22 1937 to the Walter A and Eleanor Caldwell Chase. She was a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church. She was a homemaker enjoyed reading, gardening, painting, listening to old music and spending time with family. She is also survived by daughter, Maureen Elizabeth Tedder; sons, Michael Hugh Tedder and Marcel Thomas Tedder and his wife Tanya all of Donalsonville, GA; brothers Walter A Chase of Bridgewater, MA and David Poirier and his wife Bonnie of Virginia; sister Elmira (Duffy) Arsnault of Virginia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; Cassi Hollington and Travis DeFuniak Spring, FL, Corey Tedder, Kayla Tedder, Britany Tedder, Kimberly Tedder, Brandon Tedder, Sean Tedder, Cain Tedder, Jade Tedder and Dustin Maxwell of Bainbridge. and one great-grandson, Eli Hollington. She was preceded in death by her parents,Walter A and Eleanor Caldwell Chase, brothers, Donald L. Chase and Edwin Chase. Casketbearers will be Sammy Joe Baker, Greg Karacic, Lee Lambert, Dewayne Hardin, Dale Swanner and Jeremy Holley.
