Coleman Foy Brimlow

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Coleman Foy Brimlow, age 72, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away August 16, 2011 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 19, 2011 at 4:00 PM at Salem Seminole Baptist Church in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Herman Enfinger, Rev. Laddie DeRocco and Rev. Mark Rathel officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mr. Brimlow was born in Elba, AL on September 15, 1938 to the late Bernice Brimlow and Bessie Lee Brimlow. He attended high school in Seminole County, was of the Church of God faith, lived in this area for many years where he worked in construction and helped build and stock grocery stores. He is survived by four sons, Shawn Brimlow, Raven Brimlow, Geron Brimlow and his wife Jackie, Scott Brimlow and his wife Opal all of Donalsonville, GA; three daughters, Kesha Parish and her husband Ronnie of Donalsonville, GA; Catea Houston and her husband Heath of Powder Springs, GA and Tammy Hodge of Cordele, GA; brother, Paul Brimlow and his wife Clara Sue of Newman, GA; sister, Carolyn Rathel and her husband Carl of Donalsonville, GA. He was also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernice Brimlow and Bessie Lee Brimlow; sons, Lee Shannon Brimlow and Ray Dane Brimlow and 1 great-great grandchild.
