We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Jennifer Parker, age 64, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA. Funeral services for Mrs. Parker will be held Friday, July 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Dr. Gary Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. . She was born in Norfolk, VA on August 2, 1946 to the late Bender and Mary Louise Morgan Jones. She was a homemaker and attended Hebrew Freewill Baptist Church and was a faithful supporter of Relay for Life. She is survived by her husband Donald Parker of Donalsonville, GA; three sons, Greg Parker of Lubbock, TX, Donald Parker, Jr. and his wife Crystal; Travis W. Parker and his wife Courtney both of Donalsonville, GA; two daughters, Janet Hunter of Rose Hill, NC and Tiffany Saunders and her husband Rick of Florence, SC; two sisters, Iris Horton and her husband Gilbert of Donalsonville, GA; Anita Buchanan and her husband Bobby of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bender and Mary Louise Morgan Jones and two brothers, Fred Jones and Charles Jones. Casketbearers will be Clint Mims, Greg Mims, Willard Mims, Jeremy Roberts, Sammy Jo Baker and Travis Brooks.
