VIRGINIA FAIRCLOTH PERRY

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Virginia Patricia Perry, age 74, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Internment will follow at Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Tony Deese officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 2, 2011, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Perry was born in Donalsonville, GA on January 8, 1937 to the late Earnest and Marie Braswell Faircloth. She was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church and also worked at the Donalsonville Hospital for twenty-nine years as a CNA. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Latrisa Roberts and her husband LeRoy of Donalsonville, GA; three grandchildren, Cody Roberts and his wife Shannon of Donalsonville, GA. Jessica Crum and her husband Allan of Cottonwood, AL, and Brandi Roland of Mississippi; and one great grandchild, Hillary Roberts of Donalsonville, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Marie Braswell Faircloth, her husband, Jimmy Perry, and a son, Alex Califf. Active casketbearers will be David Cliett, Chris Braswell, Cody Roberts, Allan Crum, Garland Braswell, and Edward Whittaker. The honorary casketbearer will be Dr. H.E. Breckenridge, III. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
