Helen Collins Hegedus

We regret to announce the pasing of Mrs. Helen Hegedus, age 49, of Bainbridge, GA who passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at Miller County Nursing Home in Colquitt, GA. A private service will be held at a later date. She was born in Norfolk, VA on October 25, 1961 to the Curtis Collins and Reba Commer Collins. She graduated high school and was a meat cutter at Harvey grocery store. She is survived by her companion Phillip Sorrell of Bainbridge, GA; two close family friends Karen Barfield and Charlie Cook; a daughter Amie Lynn Hegedus of Lakeland, FL; two sisters, Laura “Tobi” Godfrey of Moyock, NC and Cindy Johnson of Chesapeake, VA. As well as 14 step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Curtis Collins and Reba Commer Collins. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
