We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Todd Michael Hooper, age 45 of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, in Tallahassee, FL. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Bell officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2011 from 1:00-2:00 PM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mr. Hooper was born September 3, 1965 in Bethesda, MD to Vaughn Elden and Rosemary Morgan Hooper. He worked as an electrician at Shaw Industries and served in the U.S. Navy He was an avid supporter of the Seminole County School System sports activities, as well as those of the City of Donalsonville and wrote numerous articles for the Donalsonville News. Todd loved music and had played in various bands. He is survived by his parents, Vaughn Elden and Rosemary Morgan Hooper; girlfriend, Jennifer Ryals sister-in-law Diane Hooper all of Donalsonville, GA; aunt, Sue Morgan of Waynesville, NC; special nephew Jon and Sara Hicks West of Atlanta, GA. as well as numerous cousins. Casketbearers will be Charles Scott, Ronnie Miller, Johnny Roy Parks , Eric Gay, Jeff Rathel, Trent Pickle, Victor Adams, Michael Harrell and Earl Brock
