We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Chloe Lane Anglin Stephens, age 86, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away on Friday, April 8, 2011 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home in Donalsonville, GA. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 11, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Spring Creek Baptist Church in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jimmy Dean officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Stephens was born in Colquitt, GA on November 2, 1924 to the late Henry Madison and Fannie Lou Bowen Anglin. She attended Spring Creek Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, J.L. Stephens and his wife Arleen of Donalsonville, GA and one daughter, Kathy Beaty and her husband John of Moultrie, GA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Madison and Fannie Lou Bowen Anglin; her husband Kennedy Lamar Stephens, one son, Kennedy Stephens, four brothers Quincy Anglin, Jim Anglin, John Anglin, Harvey Anglin and one sister, Niza Lee Anglin. Casketbearers will be Allen Todd, Neil Buckhaulter, Joe Wagner, Drew Wagner, Keith Lovering, Dustin Stephens and Kennan Staples. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
