Ronald Milton "Bo" Johnson

We regret to announce the passing of Ronald Milton "Bo" Johnson of Smithville, TN, formerly of Donalsonville, GA, who passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011 in Baxter, TN. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jimmy Dean officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, January 31, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. He was born in Donalsonville, GA on September 23, 1950 to the late Earl Milton and Esmerelda Alday Johnson. He graduated from Seminole County High School where he played football and baseball. He attended Military College in Marion, AL, Middle Georgia College, and also ABAC. He and his brother farmed and had a hog operation and also worked at Johnson’s Grocery Store. He loved to hunt, fish and the GA Bulldogs. He is survived by one son, Robert Earl “Bob” Johnson of Murfreesboro, TN; one daughter, Mistee J. Silvey and her husband David of Baxter, TN; one brother Danny Johnson and his wife, Elaine of Donalsonville, GA; two sisters, Diane Trawick and her husband Gordon of Iron City, GA and Kathy Johnson of Donalsonville, GA He is also survived by a grandchild, Olivia Silvey and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. Evans Skipper Funeral is in charge of the arrangements.
